Ministry Of Commerce: Egypt Will Establish Textile And Garment Industrial Park In Minya Province

Cairo Scene reported on its website on March 30. The head of the Egyptian Garment Export Commission said that the government has allocated 5.5 million square meters of land in Minya Province for the construction of the textile and clothing industrial zone. The park is expected to accommodate more than 600 factories, create 800000 to 1 million direct and indirect jobs, and promote the annual export of Egypt's textile and clothing to 12 billion dollars by 2030.
