"We have built a digital sharing platform for the whole process of printing and dyeing, built a sharing laboratory, and achieved transparent production management. The overall production efficiency of the workshop has increased by 30%, and the unit energy consumption has decreased by 5%, so as to reduce costs and increase efficiency and optimize the use of energy resources." "Shengxiang Dyeing Factory is one of the projects that have been successfully put into operation in the sharing intelligent manufacturing • ecological printing and dyeing industrial park. We have successively integrated the production capacity of more than 40 printing and dyeing enterprises scattered throughout the county into the park, and started 13 printing and dyeing projects with a total investment of 1.425 billion yuan. At present, 13 projects have been started, and 9 project bodies have been capped. It is expected that all of them will be completed and put into operation by the end of July." Xu Pan, deputy director of Gaoyang County Economic Development Zone, said that after the project is put into production, the park can provide dyeing and finishing shared services for more than 1800 weaving enterprises, forming an annual production capacity of 430000 tons, with an output value of 2.163 billion yuan and a production cost reduction of 10% - 15%. 　　

Not only that, the park also provides enterprises with services such as centralized procurement of raw materials, centralized management of logistics and warehousing, and realizes cost reduction and efficiency increase; Adopt the centralized sewage pretreatment mode to save 325 million yuan of sewage treatment construction investment and 10.8 million yuan of annual operation cost for enterprises; The decentralized heating boilers of the original 8 printing and dyeing enterprises were shut down to achieve full coverage of central heating in the park, and the recovery and utilization rate of waste heat resources reached more than 70%; The sewage treatment plant has been technically transformed, and about 60000 tons of reclaimed water is directly supplied to enterprises in the park every day, saving nearly 20 million tons of groundwater annually. 　　

In addition to the sharing of production capacity and service capacity, Gaoyang County Sharing Intelligent Manufacturing • Ecological Printing and Dyeing Industrial Park also has an innovation incubation center, equipped with intelligent management platform, scientific innovation center, office hall, public service, tourist service center and other supporting facilities, to provide unified office, management platform, technical support, property management, entrepreneurship guidance and other supporting services.
