Xinwu Textile'S 110000T/A Natural Fiber Project Starts

On November 12, another major organic renewal project was launched in Shengze Town, Wujiang District - the Xinwu Textile Project with an annual output of 110000 tons of natural fiber was started. The total investment of the project is more than 1 billion yuan, and 153 870EX high-speed vortex spinning machines are introduced. After reaching the capacity, it is estimated that the annual output of natural fiber will be 110000 tons, and the tax contribution will be 60 million yuan, greatly improving Shengze's international leading position in the vortex spinning industry.

Industrial renewal is an important starting point for industry renewal, development and innovation. Since the beginning of this year, Shengze Town has adhered to the principle of industrial renewal to drive global renewal, and accelerated the construction of world-class high-end textile industry cluster. Entrepreneurs actively respond to the call for renewal, join the wave of renewal, aim at the direction of new industrialization, and accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity. Up to now, there have been 209 self renewing enterprises in the town, with a total investment of more than 25 billion yuan, and 8200 mu of inefficient land has been revitalized.

Xinwu Textile is deeply engaged in the field of differential functional fiber subdivision, and maintains a strong technological leadership in the development and production of various fiber products. Xinwu Textile's annual output of 110000 tons of natural fiber project has the advantages of high intelligence, fast speed, high efficiency, wide variety adaptability, pollution-free, short process flow and high production rate. The project is expected to be completed in October next year, and the imported vortex spinning equipment is expected to be delivered to the factory in batches around the Spring Festival in 2026, and can be put into normal production by the middle of 2026. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will create a new spinning production chain with high intelligence and environmental protection, with an annual sales of 2 billion yuan. The project will further expand the scale of Shengze's high-end intelligent equipment and help the industrial chain extend to both ends of the "smile curve".
