1、 Basic information of litigation

In August 2020, Shanghai Sanlian textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received the notice of response from the people's Court of Pudong New Area, Shanghai Beicai Asset Management Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit on the ground of land lease contract dispute, Sanlian printing and dyeing company is requested to return about 6.076 mu of land located in plot 3019, Gaoke West Road, Pudong New Area (address recorded in the property register: No. 2590, Beichuan Road, Beicai town), and pay the site occupancy fee up to the date of actual land return.

II. Judgment of this lawsuit

On February 14, 2022, the company received the civil judgment of Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court (case No.: (2020) Hu 0115 minchu No. 58679). The people's Court of Pudong New Area of Shanghai made a first instance judgment on the case, and the judgment contents are as follows:

The defendant Shanghai Sanlian textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. shall, within 15 days from the effective date of this judgment, return to the plaintiff Shanghai Beicai Asset Management Co., Ltd. about 6.076 mu of land and the 14th, 18th and 29th houses on the ground in No. 2991 Gaoke West Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai; meanwhile, the plaintiff Shanghai Beicai Asset Management Co., Ltd. shall pay the defendant Shanghai Sanlian textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. the house The housing compensation was 13.46 million yuan;

2.
