　　 In the afternoon of December 4, the 2024 Yunnan Kaiyuan Shaoxing Keqiao Green Textile Industry Matchmaking Conference was held in Shaoxing English Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. The conference aims to promote the in-depth development of the textile industry in both places and jointly explore new opportunities, new models and new paths for the development of the green textile industry in both places. The conference was hosted by the Industrial Park Office of China Textile Industry Federation and the People's Government of Kaiyuan City.

　　 Kaiyuan Green Textile Science and Technology Park has a total planning area of 4592 mu. Relying on the integrated development of heat, power and steam, as a characteristic textile park in Yunnan Province, it was recognized by China Textile Federation as the "National Textile and Garment Industry Pilot Park" in March 2023, and was included in the planning and construction scope of Yunnan Hekou Border Industrial Park. Water supply, drainage, power supply, steam and other public facilities in the park are complete, and the sewage treatment capacity remains. The advantages of developing textile printing and dyeing industry are obvious. At present, a whole industrial chain layout integrating weaving, printing and dyeing, production, processing and sales of high-grade fabrics has been initially established.

　　 Keqiao textile industry is an important economic pillar of Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It has China Light Textile City, the first professional textile market in China titled "China". It has more than 30000 operators, and its trade covers 206 countries and regions. Nearly 1/4 of the world's textile products are traded here, ranking first in the national textile professional wholesale market for 33 consecutive years. Keqiao has formed a complete textile industry chain "from silk to cloth to clothing", known as the "International Textile City", and "Keqiao Textile" has become the first textile regional brand worth more than 100 billion yuan in China.

Kaiyuan Park has a planning area of 19.79 square kilometers. It has green textile technology industrial park, light industry industrial park, food processing industrial park, etc. It has laid a good foundation for the development of the textile industry relying on natural resources, human resources, policy environment and superior climate conditions. The park radiates Vietnam and other international markets, cooperates closely with Guangzhou Zhongda market, has a large customer base and efficient logistics system, and provides space and convenience for product export. In addition, in addition to the policy support of border trade, it injects new vitality into the local economic development of Kaiyuan.

　　 Xu Yanjie, the general manager of New Dongxu Group Kaiyuan Ruyou Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., pointed out that New Dongxu Group had prospectively laid out in Kaiyuan as early as 2019, and the factory was officially put into operation in 2023 after years of preparation. Kaiyuan has a unique resource of production factors, which provides a basis for the production activities of the enterprise, and its production costs and human costs are relatively low, which plays an important role in improving the market competitiveness of the enterprise. He pointed out that the printing and dyeing enterprises in Keqiao are mainly processing enterprises, which benefit from a complete regional textile industry supply chain and form unique conditions for survival and development. The high dependence of the printing and dyeing industry on water resources cannot be ignored. Therefore, the effective management and recycling of water resources have become the key to the development of the industry. On this basis, he especially exchanged views with the guests in Kaiyuan on waste water, waste treatment and other issues in Kaiyuan, Yunnan.
