New Crown Cluster Infection In Los Angeles Garment Factory

With the outbreak of new crown pneumonia, many garment factories have switched their production lines to making masks, including Los Angeles apparel, an American clothing brand. Dov Charney, the brand's founder, has said the goal is to create 100000 masks a week through 400 employees.

However, more than 300 confirmed cases and four more deaths have been found at the brand's Los Angeles plant. The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health said the government ordered the closure of the plant on June 27 after health officials found that the plant had seriously violated epidemic prevention regulations and that the manufacturer had not reported the infection case in real time.

On the part of Charles angel, many of them said that they were in excessive communication with the government. They have been testing workers, but the South Los Angeles area where the factory is located has a high infection rate, which naturally affects employees.

The cluster infection is the most serious in Los Angeles County. Health officials said three of the four deaths in Los Angeles County occurred in early June and one in early July. On June 19, the government warned that the factory might have an outbreak.
