Interpretation: before the May 1 holiday, factory production and sales data were generally more general. The production and sales volume of polyester filament factories reached the highest point in May 4th. The average production and sales data reached 285.7%, which was 226.2% higher than that of the last day (April 30th). But then the polyester filament factory continued to raise the price, and at this time there was no substantial improvement in the demand in the field. The downstream and terminal factories were cautious and factory production and sales data also dropped. As of May 5th, the average production and sales of polyester filament in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces dropped to around 51.4%, down 234.3% from May 4th.
