In order to promote technological progress of wastewater treatment in China's printing and dyeing industry, help printing and dyeing enterprises enhance awareness of waste water treatment, and effectively solve the problem of wastewater treatment in China's printing and dyeing industry, the Third Symposium and seminar on new technologies and new processes for industrial wastewater treatment in the Chinese printing and dyeing industry were successfully held in Guangzhou on 21-22 November 2019. Shijiazhuang Zheng Zhong science and Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to attend this conference. In response to the problems existing in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, Xu Yunpeng, chief technology officer, delivered a technical speech on behalf of the company on the application of enamel pots in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment projects.

This symposium and Symposium on the new technology and process of industrial waste water treatment in China's printing and dyeing industry is sponsored by the China ecological civilization research and Promotion Association. Dyeing wastewater is characterized by high content of organic pollutants, large alkalinity, complex components, difficult treatment and heavy economic load. It is a kind of wastewater which is difficult to deal with in industrial waste water. At present, the storage and treatment equipments for printing and dyeing wastewater are mostly underground or semi underground reinforced concrete pools. There are mainly problems such as long construction cycle, high cost, and serious corrosion of anticorrosive materials inside the walls.

In this meeting, in view of the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater and the problems existing in the storage and processing equipment at present, director Xu emphatically introduced the advantages of the enamel assembly tank in the printing and dyeing wastewater storage and treatment engineering, and how to use the enamel assembly tank to help printing and dyeing enterprises to effectively deal with printing and dyeing wastewater and reduce the operation cost of the wastewater treatment plant.
