Although the front of the four rounds was obviously covered by the T400 of the same elastic fabric, the quality and style of the four rounds were irreplaceable by T400, especially now used in beach pants for spring and summer wear, especially in Europe and the United States.

Today's time node is just the preparation stage for spring and summer clothing next year. As a result of large market orders, the dyeing plant has invested a lot of capacity to produce and process fabrics that are simple in technology, abundant in production and quick in return, thus squeezing many of the four rounds of capacity. And now the dyeing factory is in the market extinction period, the pre market goods crowded and exploded dye factory, the output of nearly two hundred cylinders has disappeared. But order fabric has quietly arrived.

This year's printing market has been very warm, especially water printing. In the past year, the order of silk and nylon fabrics has shrunk dramatically since the beginning of the year. But recently, thanks to the purchase of fabric orders next spring and summer, the printing market has begun to improve, and the water printing factory has poured into a large number of imitation silk orders. According to the staff of the water printing plant, 70%-80% is now a simulation silk fabric, and the volume of individual orders is increasing relative to the previous stage. Orders for thousands of meters and tens of thousands of meters have been seen everywhere. In summer, many of the factories are dozens of meters or small hundreds of meters proofing.

Not only is the water printing plant, but the transfer printing plant performs even better. Compared with water printing, transfer printing process is simple and efficient, and the most important thing is that the price is relatively cheap. At present, the cost of transfer printing is less than 2 yuan per meter, while water printing is close to 3 yuan / meter.

According to the feedback from a textile company in Wujiang, they did many printing this year, such as the printing of bun, four rounds, polyester taffeta and so on. But recently, it received a four metre stretch transfer printing of 170 thousand meters, which is much more than all the other prints of the year. According to them, transfer printing can generally receive a quantity of orders that are still available, and it is more likely to turn the bill.

It can be said that the recent efforts in transfer printing are largely due to the rebound in demand for the four side elastic fabric, especially in the foreign trade market, where there is no shortage of huge orders of four rounds, but the foreign trade market is calculating the price. The characteristic of transfer printing is that the larger the order, the lower the cost.

Compared with the number of orders, the delivery problem is more headache.

The orders received in the above companies are very enviable, but they are beset by delivery problems. The delivery period is very tight for customers. They must be shipped before the year. They could make use of the relatively idle time of dyeing factories to operate orders, but the amount of grey cloth they need for the order can not be immediately obtained by the factory, and even some varieties are special, and they need raw materials to be woven. A lot of time will be wasted, and there will be little room for delivery.

On the other hand, next year's Spring Festival is in January. Once the workers are homesick in the Spring Festival, they will come home early. The production capacity of the factory will drop rapidly. It is estimated that after a few days of new year's day, the factory will have to stop production and rest, and logistics will also be affected.

It is not only the larger number of orders, but also the problem of small cylinder queuing. According to feedback from a dyeing factory, three hundred of the small cylinders they are doing are queuing up, and they are still being added every day. Although the dyeing plant is not alive at present, due to the end of the year, the production operation time is limited. If these small cylinders are converted into large ones, there will be very crowded queues around the year.

It seems that the textile market has ended before the year. In fact, the order market has begun to exert its strength. The dyeing plant is relatively idle at this time, but this is all temporary. Orders to be shipped before the year are coming out one after another. In addition, the main reason for printing and dressing is that the demand for printing is unlimited, and the market goods rarely involve printed fabrics, leaving much room for the printing market.
