ShengzePolyester Raw MaterialMarket Situation

This week (July 11-17), the price of polyester filament rose repeatedly, with the range of about 100 yuan/T, and some POY products rose significantly. From the polyester factory, this week, the average daily production and sales rate of polyester filament was 90-100%, and the production and sales of POY exceeded 100%. The knitting purchase volume of polyester filament market was significantly larger than that of jet weaving.

From the current overall market situation, at present, the start-up rate of downstream weaving and texturing enterprises is maintained, and the polyester yarn inventory of polyester spinning manufacturers is at a reasonable low level, and the supply of some varieties and specifications of polyester filaments continues to be tight. Therefore, driven by tight supply and the expected upstream raw materials in July, It is expected that the price of polyester filament will rise slowly next week.

Polyester POY fluctuates upward, and the purchase is intermittent, Market quotation There was an increase. At present, the production and sales rate of POY enterprises is mostly in the super 100 operation, and the super 100 range is large, and the supply of light POY is tight. The latest quotation of POY of major enterprises rose, with the price of POY75/36F at 7500 yuan/ton, POY100/48F at 7200 yuan, and POY150/48F at 6900 yuan. POY50D/72F, 75D/72F, 144F, 120D/192F, 1150D/288F and other products are sold smoothly in the market, and the demand for POY wire for splicing is stable.

Polyester DTY market performance began to improve, the market transaction atmosphere rebounded, and the market transaction level rebounded compared with last week. At present, the inventory of enterprises has declined slightly. The latest quotation of major DTY enterprises is 10300 yuan/ton for 75D/72F microgrid and 8200-8300 yuan/ton for 150D/48F low elastic wire. The turnover of DTY75D/72F and 150D/288F varieties is OK. Among them, DTY75D/72F is mainly used for the production of golden velvet and matte velvet on warp knitting machines, and DTY150D/288F is mainly used for the production of abrasive cloth and coral velvet on garden looms on water jet looms. Therefore, this specification is still in demand in the polyester filament market at present. There is also DTY black silk, of which the downstream demand of 300D/96F is acceptable, and it is mainly used in the production of blackout cloth.

The market of polyester FDY fluctuates little, Polyester filament Individual FDY quotations in the market rose, and market transactions were at a medium level, which was significantly worse than the previous period. The production and marketing rate of the enterprise is basically maintained at about 90%. The inventory pressure of enterprises is not large. The latest quotation level of major enterprises is: 8300 yuan/ton for FDY50D/24F, 7600 yuan/ton for FDY75D/36F, 7500 yuan/ton for FDY100D/48F, and 7400-7500 yuan/ton for FDY150D/96F. FDY68D/18F is relatively popular in the market, and the current price is about 7800 yuan/T. The demand for bright FDY150D/84F yarn is good, and it is mainly used to interweave with nylon FDY70D to produce polyamide polyester spinning.
